SUBJ: FELONIOUS MISDEEDS BY DOJ/DOT/FAA PERSONNEL?
Dear Mr. Horowitz,
I am a US federal 9/11 whistleblower whose rights as such have been denied. I currently serve as director and international public spokesperson for a global grassroots effort called 9/11 Pilot Whistleblowers whose website is at 911pilots.org. Please refer to the website for additional information about me and our organization.

In June 2020, I phone contacted the FBI to report our allegations that there were no Muslim hijackers at the controls of the 9/11 aircraft but that the aircraft were electronically hijacked by a system called the uninterruptible autopilot that enables a remote source to take complete control of the aircraft autopilot and flight management computer and fly the aircraft to its target destination. Once engaged, this system cannot be disconnected by the pilots. The agent that I spoke with took down my information and informed me that someone from the FBI would be contacting me if they needed additional information. It never happened.

In July 2020, I once again phone contacted the FBI to complain that no one within the agency had contacted me for additional information and evidence. The agent was very abrupt with me in telling me again that if any additional information was desired, someone would be contacting me. To date, no one from the FBI/DOJ has contacted me.

Subsequent to this, I phone contacted the Transportation Security Administration and provided the agent with the same information as provided to the FBI. After a 10-minute discussion, the agent suggested that I contact the Federal Aviation Administration and Boeing to discuss this issue.

Consequently, in August 2020, I filed an FAA whistleblower report via the FAA Hotline alleging the same as above while providing this office with much additional information and evidence. Without expounding on what occurred over the next 14 months regarding the stonewalling, deceit, and outright lying by the FAA, please have a member of your staff read the enclosed letters.

In March 2021, I sent the enclosed joint letter to the Director of National Intelligence, the Secretary of Transportation, the Attorney General, and the FBI Director requesting that these offices join the FAA in the investigation of our allegations involving the greatest crime ever committed on American soil in its history, 9/11. A response was never received from any office so in June 2021 a second attached letter was sent to the same offices inquiring as to why a response was never received. To date, I have received no response to either letter from anyone.

Over the course of the past 14 months, numerous emails and letters have been sent by me to relevant government officials concerning this apparent stonewalling by branches of the government. Your office has been copied on each correspondence and yet, no action has been taken by you or your staff.

As stated on the Department of Justice Inspector General website, your mission statement reads thus:

“To promote integrity, efficiency, and accountability within the Department of Justice.”

Based on the lack of action and nonresponse to correspondence addressed to Department of Justice personnel and others over the past 14 months, one comes to question the integrity and efficiency of the Department of Justice while demanding accountability of those alleged individuals complicit in the possible cover up of this important information and evidence.

There has never been a criminal investigation into the crimes of 9/11. The 9/11 Commission did not constitute a criminal investigation. It appears that the allegations made by our organization have been trivialized and that I have been marginalized. This is unsatisfactory. It also appears that our solid evidence and information is being buried by individuals within agencies of the federal government, which is felonious, and must be investigated by the Department of Justice.

Request is hereby made that your office commence an immediate investigation into my allegations that relevant government agencies have failed to properly investigate FAA Hotline Case Number S20200617032 and respond appropriately to me in a timely manner. Please do not inform me that your office does not have jurisdiction over matters such as these. If not your office, then who?

I currently reside in Islamabad, Pakistan and thus cannot report this matter to a local FBI office but may be reached at (92) 300 555-0644 if you have any questions.
